3 months ago I broke out in a rash under the skin with many other symptoms to follow I have severe nervousness with stomache aches and severe abdominal pain low in my pelvic area. The pain moves around somewhat sometimes I get severe fullness feeling in my head and neck. I get trembling and muscle twitching sometimes and my vision has become somewhat blurred. My stools are very loose most times and have a orange color to them. I have been to the doctor more times then I wish to count they have sent me to several doctors ob,heart, rhum,gi,neuro, and still no answers very frustrated. So far every test they have run has came back normal blood fecal urine etc Iam having a mri of my spine and brain and cat scan of abdominal area tomoro. Do you have any suggestions on what additional tests could be done?

Abdominal CT would be a nice place to start looking for GI problems.  Stomach pain can be caused by a variety of upper GI diseases - such as GERD, ulcers, or inflammation of the upper GI tract.  An upper endoscopy or upper GI series would be a good place to start looking for these diseases.  If negative, an ultrasound can be considered to evaluated the gallbladder.

Regarding the pelvic area - if the CT scan is negative, you may want to consider a colonoscopy to evaluate for a number of possible causes (i.e. polyps, cancer or inflammatory bowel disease).  If you are a female, a transvaginal ultrasound can be considered looking for ovarian pathology.

I would discuss these options with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
