what do I do

I was diagnosed of ulser about one and half years ago and during the medication I developed heart palpitations which I guessed was as a result of the drugs I took to combat ulser. At a point I discovered that there is sort of slight obstruction in my throat anytime I salivate which  I complained I was asked to carry out some tests which all turned out to be negative and I was given antibiotics. I also went for ECG and it was normal.  I also notice that my stomach makes movements and result into gas through my mouth. Up till now I still experience the palpitations and fast heart beats occassionally and also slight headache intermittently.
