what do i do?; HELP!!

last summer, i had a repair of a large hiatal hernia with a partial troupet stomach wrap; had colitis earlier this year which is better thx. to 3 antibiotics but have struggled with severe nausea and stomach pains since my surgery that will not let up with some trouble swallowing with food getting stuck and a feeling of something in back of throat with some chest tightness that has been ruled out as being anything cardiac and i have anxiety which makes it worse; one day i feel a little better and have an appetite and the next i am way too sick to my stomach; my recent barium swallow showed no recurrent hernia but my recent endoscopy showed one but my surgeon said the endo. pics r not convincing and now wants me to do a bravo ph probe capsule test which i'm terrified about; this unbearable gi suffering started one year ago and shows no signs of letting up and how do i know which doc and/or test is accurate?; been thru a hida scan, ultrasound, ct scans as well; what is really wrong with my stomach?; at wit's end and can't take much more and i'm a single mom on disability for back problems, bum ankle, arthritis and thyroid stuff and am bankrupt and we have no family life and no money and my life ended a year ago and yes, i have prayed to god that he would kill me soon as i would never do it to myself due to my son; any advice appreciated.

Woops, sorry, I must have read your first post wrong.  I would say it is more likely to be due to something else besides the wrap, but it is probably a good idea to make sure the wrap is fine.  It might be that you are still having some reflux causing your symptoms, but that this will go away with time.  Are you on a GERD-friendly diet?

my endo did show a small hiatal hernia but barium swallow showed nothing; maybe my wrap needs to be undone but then my intolerable heartburn may return; something i think is wrong with my wrap or the way my body has tried to adjust to it or maybe it will quiet down as time goes on; no idea; what's your experience and/or opinion?; thx. and i wish great digestive health.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend getting a second opinion on this.  It seems unusual that the barium swallow would show a hiatal hernia and the endoscopy wouldn't.  Most often, it is the other way around.  However, some people may have a sliding hiatal hernia so that it  can be seen one day, and then the next day it can't be seen.
