There is suggestion of mild anemia and a low B12 level.  Testing the anti-intrinsic factor (IF) antibodies can help with the diagnosis of pernicious anemia, which can lead to a B12 deficiency.

You can evaluate further for iron deficiency with a TIBC and ferritin level. If confirmed, an upper and lower endoscopy can be considered to exclude a polyp or mass.

Repeating the CBC can be done to ensure that the anemia and the WBC is not worsening.
