what is causing these symptoms?

I really hope someone can help or advise me as I am feeling totally at a loss.
Following a stupid mistake (previously posted on std forum) I have had some serious physical problems. I have conclusively tested negative for all STD's including HIV and I believe the results 100% now. I have suffered from anxiety due to this incident and led an extremely stressful life leading up to it which I believe contributed to my out of character actions. Anyway the reason I am posting on here is that I have had a lot of digestive issues that were initially attributed to stress/anxiety, however my GP and I now believe that there is some sort of underlying ailment and I have subsequently been referred to a gastroenterology clinic. The symptoms I have now are unrelenting and have had a dramatic impact on my life. My symtoms are as follows...
Severe fatigue - I have no energy and I am physically exhausted all the time despite rest. I used to be very active but now struggle to muster up the energy to do most things.
Malabsorption - every time I have a BM it is either bulky and containing mucous or pale and diarrhoea like in texture. There is undigested food in all of my stools.
Hair Loss - I have lost a lot of hair from all over my body including scalp and eyebrows. However it is most noticeable on my chest, armpits and pubic area. I have had my thyroid and hormones checked and they came back normal.
Atrophy - This is a difficult one to explain. I have lost a lot of mass in a number of areas to the extent where my ring falls off my finger and my heel pad hurts after standing for a short period of time and my shoes are now all too big. At the same time I have become more flabby on my stomach and chest. I am less active than I was however not to the extent that my hands and feet should shrink.
Aches and numbness - alongside the symptoms detailed above I regularly experience pins and needles in my arms and hands (something I have never had an issue with before) and my body is in a constant state of dull ache particularly across my upper back and shoulder blades and my legs.
Sexual issues - My testicles have become smaller and ache a lot. Alongside this I have had erectile dysfunction and ejaculation issues.
I have also experienced frequent urination and lack of thirst.
I guess my question is this...
Could I have picked up a gut infection or virus that is causing digestive issues that are in turn wreaking havoc on the rest of my body?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated or anyone who has experienced similar issues would really help me to continue to deal with my current condition.

Anybody able to shed some light on this for me. I have now lost about 2/3rds of my body hair and my facial hair has almost stopped growing completely.
