whats wrong

MY Daughter has lower stomach pain (been in hospital a few times suspected appendix) constipation/diarrhea she is tired all the time and often sleeps during the day. Has had some weight gain and bloating. She is deficient of vit B12 and is anaemic.
She has had MRI scans  ovarian scans and endoscopy  which are all clear although the endoscopy needs doing again as they had to stop due to her pain. They think she may have Cronhs Do you have any ideas as im not sure thanks

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  How old is your daughter?  She should have an endoscopy and colonoscopy under general anesthesia.  Does she have blood in her stool (through a stool test)?
