i am a 17 y o relatively healthy female but today i had a stringy, yellow white in color bowel movement i can only relate to ramen noodles. i only noticed because it was all over the tissue and there was no regular stool, except for a little which had sunk to the bottom of the toilet and also had this stuff in it. do i have some sort of parasite or am i sick? i did not have any other bowel movements today, in fact i barely had to go to the bathroom at all. my stomach hurts a little but this is not unusual for me. i haven't noticed a fever. i have not been out of the country except once six years ago to go to peurto rico. please help me, i'm really worried and if i might have a problem i'd like to get it checked out as soon as possible, but i don't want to react unless necessary, due to the embarrasing circumstances of the situation. thanks a lot
