i'm 20 years old and I've been sick for 2 weeks, started out with nausea and vomiting, now cough and cold, but the past few mornings i've been waking up with bad heartburn. can someone please help me figure out what this is..

I had something similiar when i was really stressed out , they did a whole bunch of tests on me , i had heartburn , and felt like i constantly had to swallow and felt nauseated for months , they did an upper gi to see if i had an ulcer and i went on aciphex , a medicine for reflux  . I would go to the dr. and see what kind of testing they can do .

It could be so many things, from acid reflux to an ulcer.  I think you need to see your doctor to determine what is wrong.
