If you increase your dietary fiber, do it very slowly. Too often, people go overboard with it and too fast, and it results in gas, cramping, bloating and even diarrhea. These things take time, and there isn't a "magic pill" that will cure you over night. If staying regular doesn't help, then it's time to see your doc. Good luck!
I HAVE THE SAME THING BUT SOMETIME VERY VERY LITTLE BLOOD IN THE LAST 5 YEARS AT LEAST A TEASPOON OF BLOOD AND MY ICHTY FEELING COME AFTER BOWEL MOVEMENT..
