plz help me answer those questions.any information will be very apreciated

I guess, the doctor would need to check the wound and tell what need to be done.
There is no puss or swelling. The blood still comes out when wound is pressed.
That is making me feel that the wound is not healed fully
How can you say wounds are not fully healed? Is there some liquid or pus pouring out from the wounds, or there is any swelling or red skin? If this is the case, the problem could be from uncompleted procedure or from infection.
If the only problem is slight pain at defecation, I would wait for a week, and then ask the doctor, if this is normal.
