yellow hands

my little granddaughter has periodically shown to have "yellow hands", she has in the past displayed stomach ache and pains and has subsequently vomited, which is foul smelling.
can you be of assastance.

the only things I know of that associate yellow skin anywhere is 1. to much beta carotine and 2. Jaundice
