yellow stools

I took two doses of azithromycin to prervent infection during dental surgery. My stools are now yellow and sticky soft. This is going on for several days. I feel I did not take a large enough dose for any length of time to cause this. I am also being evaluated for Gitelman Syndrome by a nephrologist.
