I still have the same issues. My gallbladder was removed in 2005 and i started having bloated stomach like I'm pregnant but at the top of my stomach and have loose stools after eating every single time. After the gallbladder surgery they told me to go on a low fat, high fiber diet.i think that makes it worse. I have had lower abdominal pain like something is ripping apart lately. My husband is even getting worried now. The strange thing to me is i keep smelling that"death"smell. May sound crazy but it's how my uncle smelled before he died and my grandfather. No similar issues though.

yes it is normal - However the Surgeon fails to tell you all the disadvantages after having a gallbladder removal.Like (nausea, runny stools, reflux, unable to eat certain foods, stomach pain, etc etc.......
Hope your recovery is better than the ones I have read...Best of luck x

My mother had hers out nearly 10 years ago, and she still has similar problems.  I believe that if you do some research, you'll find that changing your diet can make a huge difference. It might take some trial and error to find what works best for you, but remember that your digestive system is now incomplete.  It will require some adjustments to help your system function in a way that is comfortable for you.
