please help
i have been having anal pain during bowel movement for tbe past week, and at the same time my ankle feels week and hurts soo bad. it hurts until am finished. doctor gave me pills for diarrhea and cream to apply internaly and externally. it doesnt work. i also have this a problem with my menstruation cyle. it only stops for two days and begins again with serious pains. got pills from different clinics and they dont work. cnt afford a doctor. also have chest pains when i wake up or sleep. mostly they r random dsnt matter how careful i am. please help

I know you say you cannot afford a doctor, but, you really need to see one, mainly due to the fact you are having your period so close to the last one, this is not good, and the serious pain has me concerned. Please see your doctor soon, you don't want this to carry on any longer than possible.
