8 weeks, no heartbeat

8 weeks, no heartbeat

My last cycle was March 16th of 08'. I went in for my first ultra sound at about 6 weeks. But they said I may not be that far a long so we didn't see a heartbeat. I went back at 8 weeks and they said it looked to only be about 5 weeks and there was no heartbeat. The doctor said I can do surgery to get everything out, but we decided to let it go naturally. Then i had read that there are a few people who have had this happen and two weeks went by and nothing was happening with a loss so they went back in for a ultra sound and there was a heartbeat and they ended up with a full healthy baby. How possible is this to happen?  It has been a week since I had this ultra sound and was told I was going to loose the baby and that we had lost it at 5 weeks.... so this week will be 9 weeks. What are the chances that this could end up being a miracle and we could go back next week and find a heartbeat? This will be our 7th loss if we loose this one. We have no children so far but we have been trying for about 8 years to have a baby.

I have a similar situation, im 9 weeks and my OB said my baby doesn't have a heartbeat. I have a feeling its not dead, but i dont know if it's a hope that i still want a miracle to happen, but they send me a day after for a second opinion and the results turned out to be the same, but it's still inside me after a week. I have been drinking stuff so the baby can come out it self, cause i'm scared to get a D&C done. I have not been bleeding or nothing everything is still normal, my breast still hurt im still creaving stuff, i have nausea and i feel great physicly. I really want this baby i think im more excited then from my first pregnancy, i have a lil boy. I already have a name for her, cause im SURE that its a girl..

Thanks
