A pain in the... head...?

Hello...  i guess you need my stats before my question... 28 y/o male, about 155-160lbs.  Pretty healthy, i guess.  

I have more of an annoyance than a REAL problem.  I'm having this strange pain in my head on the front right side near the temple.  Not a big deal, feals like a typical headache... but it's been lasting for about 36 hours.  Yeah yeah, i've taken some Advil, which usually works for me, but not this time.  I guess the reason my curiosity is up is this... when ever i lightly brush the front of my forehead with my finger... it makes it hurt all the sudden on the right side.  Like a quick pulse pain... hard to explain.  I know, if it hurts, don't do it.  

I'm not real worried, just getting REALLY annoyed.  I'm thinking maybe sinus related?  Weather changes could be affecting me?  i dunno...  that's why i'm here.
