Abnormal Lab Results

I recently had blood work/labs done for a routine physical and had some abnormal results. I am  a 34 year old male. The following were the abnormal results:
TSH   .270
Free T4   1.29
Free T3    381

Dr ordered thyroid scan with the following results:
6 hour RAI uptake 3.3%
Showed a small gland and commented that this was in the hypothyroid range.

CBC=
WBC  4.1
RBC   4.3
HGB   12.7
HCT    37.3

General symptoms: Headache, fatigue, weakness, constipation, muscle/joint aches.

Is any of this of concern? My doctor wants me to go to an endocrinologist due to the abnormal labs. Is this neccessary? Please advise?
