Abnormal tests, Can you give a 2nd opinion?

Abnormal tests, Can you give a 2nd opinion?

I am a 35 year old female, I'll get right to the point. About a week and a half ago I had the following tests come back out of range. I will give you my results with the reference range next to it in parenthese.
WBC - 17,000 (3.4-10.7)
Neutrophils 12.6 (1.8-7.0)  The Eosinophils were also high, but I didn't right down a reference range.
The following were low, but I didn't write down how low or the range:
HCT, RDW, HGB, MCHC, Lymp%, Mono%,Baso%
Sed Rate - 16 (0-11)
CRP - 9 (0-<3)
RA was ok
ANA - positive w/atypical speckled patter and a titer of 1:160
On a Basic Panel, the following were pretty low, I didn't write exact numbers or range down:
Low sodium, chloride, potassium, Gl, bun/creatine, osmolality calculation.   ***A pain management ordered these tests. He said some of it meant I had too much water in my blood, but he wasn't comfortable treating me. He said it would normally be a medical emergency, but since my kidneys seemed fine, he didn't think it was. He faxed the results to a primary care doctor who was out of the office that week.
I also had MRI's of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine due to extreme neck pain. The neck pain started a couple of years ago, but intensified over the past few months. Within the past 3 weeks or so, the pain has spread over my entire spine, from the skull to the buttocks. I have suffered from brachial and occipital neuralgia for months. More recently, I've had tingling and numbness in my right leg w/weakness in both legs. The numbness, tingling, and loss of normal sensation in the right arm has spread all the way to my fingertips. I have lost almost all fine and gross motor skills (picking up and holding objects). I drop plates, cups, etc. The spinal pain became so intense last week, I couldn't function.(unable to walk, stand, sit, lay, sleep, lift or carry). This week, I've developed a problem w/incontinence.
The MRI showed C-3 to C-6 disc dehydration, disc space narrowing, minimal central disc bulge at C3-4 and C4-5, moderate bulge at C5-6 w/ventral fattening of the CSF space and impingement upon the anterior portion of the spinal cord. The thoracic area showed some minimal bulging and lumbar was normal. I had this MRI done in mid November. I also had one in February which was normal, other than some minimal disc bulging in the c-spine.
My primary came back this past week. She thinks I have discitis which she stated is very rare. I went in Tues.-Fri. of last week for Rocephin IV's everyday. It has helped, but I am still experiencing significant discomfort. She ordered a nuclear bone scan for tomorrow, I see a neurosurgeon Tuesday, and a rheumatologist next week. She thinks I have a "lupus-like syndrome, psoriatic arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
Other symptoms I suffer from are exteme fatigue, pain in my "long bones" (arms and legs, doc says it's from fibro), terrible nausea, bouts of diarrhea/constipation, chronic cough, terrible bruising, and I catch everything that blows through town. I lost about 25 pounds in about 6 weeks then gained it all back plus some in about 4 weeks. I also have developed what I'll call swelling for lack of better definition. My arms from the elbow down and legs from the hip down are red/pink and enlarged. They get hot to the touch and ache deep in the bones. I know my ankles are swollen, esp. the right because it pits when I press in on it.
Today, I noticed some weird spots on my arm. It started right below my elbow and within a couple of hours had spread down to the top of my hand. It is tiny little reddish spots. They don't itch, they're not raised, and they don't disappear when I press on them. It almost looks like a really big strawberry or carpet burn now, kinda "rashy".
I know this must all sound crazy. I'm just wondering what in the world it could be. Should I be more proactive? Do you think I'm on the right course with the 2 specialist appt. coming up? Is there anything you can think of that someone may be overlooking as far as tests? What does this all sound like to you? If discitis is rare, what could have caused me to get it? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks a million!!
