After gallbladder removal symptoms

Here is a video I made explaining all of my symptoms. Im looking for advice from anyone that's having symptoms after they had their gallbladder removed or anyone who has been told they produce to much acid after getting an upper endoscopy. Thanks for watching. Any advice would be apprecated.

My daughter had the H.Pylori and she used to have terrible stomach pains.  The breath test and stool test is more accurate than blood tests.

Parasites and worms are usually detected by having a stool test.  Thread worms usually cause an itchy bottom and sometimes you may see thin white thread like worms in the toilet pan.

As you have experienced gas pains after drinking milk and eating ice-cream, then keep off it.  Sprouts are well known for causing a lot of wind.
You should be OK with carrots and sweet potato.

If you want to keep well, you are going to have to avoid the foods and drinks that make you ill.  Coke give you no nutritional value at all, and you are better of drinking water.    When you eat, don't gulp and put your food into your mouth without swallowing too much air and chew with your mouth closed.

It think it would be a good start for you to keep a diary of everything that goes into your mouth and for you to jot down how your body reacts.  That way you will get to know which things you have to avoid to stay well.

Best wishes.

I have only had blood tests done to check for H. Pylori and I have been checked for gluten not sure about lactose. Not sure about worms either. How do they check for that? I have had multiple blood tests, xray, hida scan, Upper Endoscopys, and ultrasound done. I would like to get a test done to see my acid levels and how I digest foods. I have told my doctor I can get gas pains after I drink milk or eat ice cream they just said I could have some lactose but thats all that was said. I usually do ok as long as I take Beno just depends on my days. I can eat cheese with no problem. The problem is when I go out to eat just about everything is greasy so its hard to choose wisely and certain fruits and veggies can even cause gas pains. I dont really get heartburn. I just belch a lot and can get nasous. I do ok with eating apples. I try to avoid coke as much as possible but if I do drink it I take beno. I havent seen a dietician and I do plan on start keeping a food diary to see which foods bother me the most.

I have listened to your video and am sorry to hear that at your age you are still so ill.

Have you ever been checked to see if you have Helicobacter Pylori or any intestinal parasites or worms?

Helicobacter Pylori can cause tremendous pain and acid problems.  The best way to check this is by having a breath test, sometimes a stool test is done.  Blood tests do not give accurate readings.

I know it is tough at your age to not eat the foods you eat and drink.  But you may have to do that if you want to feel well.  Have you considered that you may have a lactose or gluten problem?

Have you been to see a dietician to help you?  It may be a good idea for you to keep a food diary of everything you consume (food and drink) to find out if there are particular foods that make you worse.

For the moment I would cut out all fried and highly spiced foods, junk foods, processed and highly refined foods, like bread, cakes, fizzy drinks etc.

Eat little and often, rather than 1 large meal at any one sitting.  Arrowroot biscuits are pretty plain and may help with your nausea.  Dill and camomile are good to calm the stomach.  Are you OK with fresh apples?

Best wishes.

I suggest trying marshmallow root. Not the marshmallows you find in the  your grocery store. I mean real marshmallow root,
Marshmallow root is part of an herbal group called demulcents soothing substances that quiet inflammation in mucous membranes, including those in your digestive tract and esophagus. Demulcents actually coat, soothe, protect, and repair your mucosal membranes, which heartburn can irritate and damage.
I suggest taking 3 to 5 g of the Nature’s Way product, two to three times a day. Other good demulcents include aloe vera gel and deglycyrrhizinated licorice.
