Always Tired

Always Tired

I think I can diagnose myself.  I know for a fact that I am under a lot of stress which leads to depression.  This is probably why I always feel tired.  I've been sleeping plenty.  At least 8 hours each night but I still just feel tired all day.  I find myself not wanting to do things that I usually do.  Simple household chores for example.  I put them off and then I make myself finally do them and I get angry about it.  I get angry a lot these days.  I'm trying to control my moods and make myself do the things I normally do, but its getting harder.  I am having major financial problems which is the root of all this stress.  I feel like if I don't get back on track I am doomed.  I have to pull myself out of this slump.  What can I do?  I'm trying to find a second job to help with the money situation.  That is also making me more stressed.  I haven't found one yet and when I do I am worried about not being at home with the kids so much.  All I do is worry these days and I just wish I wasn't in this money mess.  What can I do to help get my mind out of this slump?  I can not go to the doctor.  I don't have insurance and I can't afford it.  What are some ways I can motivate myself and get myself feeling okay again?
