Always exhausted

I don't know why I always feel too exhausted. I do take a lot of medication for various problems. I don't want to lay on my couch for the rest of my life.

Are you taking high dosage blood pressure pills, if so, then this can be a reason for always feeling tired.

Try adding Vitamin "B" to your diet and extra B-12, this will help with the energy and help you to feel better in general. If you are not taking a good multi vitamin/mineral, please add that as well.

I do not know what drugs you are on, so I can not advice any thing else, some natural supplements will fight drugs, but, the ones I mentioned, shouldn't.

My illnesses makes me tired. Plus I do take beta blockers, but not a high dose. I take antiepileptics. Lots of meds. Like a multivitamin plus extra b12? How long will it take for me to notice a difference? Thank you very much!!!!!

I feel it is the epileptic meds that are making you tired, I have heard this before.

The B-12 and the multi-vitamin should start working in about a month. Give it time, it is not a drug, so, they do not work as fast. However, some folks that are severely deficient in the "B" vitamins have noticed an improvements within days, so it just depends.

I recommend a good, food grade, these are easier to assimilate with less side effects.
