Am I overreacting? Or is this normal?

I noticed this occurring about two years ago, but I thought nothing of it until it happened again yesterday evening. I hadn't ate since breakfast and I began to feel very shaky, faint, irritable and had a massive headache. The symptoms died down quite a bit after I had eaten but not all the way. I could still faintly feel it this morning until i ate breakfast. After that i was fine. Is this normal? Does anyone else have such symptoms when hungry? The biggest pet peeve is the shakiness. Tremors more so.

The cause most often for this is low sugar levels in your blood.  What you have expressed is normal for many people when they go past their regular replenishment time.  Once you eat your system recovers.  We can eliminate this by eating a small amount more often.
Sometimes this is caused by eating too many or just carbs.  Just carbs pick us up but drop our metabolism fast.
