Am i still growing, changing, etc.?

Hi, i'm a 17 year old male. I'm about 5'11" 165 lbs. I started puberty very late, with my first voicecracks around my 16th birthday. I now have pubic and underarm hair, a relatively average voice, and definitely have grown in the past year. Here's where my question lies however: is my bone growth and facial features done changing? I have the smallest wrists out of any guy in my grade, however some of the longest hands (not necessacarily the hands withthe most girth), I have size 11 feet but relatively small ankles. I do not have nearly as much muscle mass as most of my friends, but I have been lifting for a year and have added a good 20 lbs of weight. Also, everyone says facial wise, I'm one of the youngest looking, I'm a senior and people mistake me for a freshman or even younger. I think this has to do with a small bit of fat on my cheeks and a small jaw. Will my face keep developing and will my jaw become bigger? I don't have much facial hair, I've never had to shave in my life. Also my head is quite large compared to the size of my neck, which also is very small compared to my friends. Why is It that I am of average weight and heigth compared to my friends yet all the features that are supposed to be accentuated in men are not up to par? Any help is much appreciated, thank you!

haha yeah for sure..i mean it's not like im scrawny or weird looking, i get called handsome a lot and i've had girlfriends lately. but it's a personal thing i guess. like my dad and my grandfathers both had and have rather defined jaws, at least more so than mine. that's more or less the biggest issue for me, because my profile is weird. in the front, my face looks fine, from the side, my jaw is no where to be found.

I don' think u will be able to know what stage u are in , and sometimes what u have for facial features is it but I know me and my older brother when he was 28 yrs old he grew another 2 inches I grew another 1nch when I hit that age.I always thought I was still going through it at that age when I real wasn't some people dont get real define and look younger I always looked younger myself and I am 34 now and still don't get a full full beard. But listen u will fill out that is a promise but the looking young part keep it cause the woman will love it and when your older and look nice and young there  will be some jeleus people out there so don't get down on your self u are just fine again trust me on this :)

thanks for the response. anyone think they can estimate what stage of puberty i'm in and whether the things i ask will happen at some point in the future i.e. more defined jaw, more muscle mass, etc.

Some guys will continue to grow into their early twenties and your face will change a little throughout your entire life.  Some guys are just gonna be smaller.  Look at pictures of your dad and both of your grandfathers at about your age and as they got older and you may get an idea of what they looked like, often you can see many similar traits.
