Are the symptoms I am experiencing due to me being paranoid about my vision?

This one might be a tad odd, but I've been experiencing symptoms such as blue field entoptic phenomenon, negative afterimages, etc, so the real question here, a couple months ago everything in my vision was perfectly fine, then I started getting concerned that I might be becoming nearsighted, for whatever reason, I started obsessing over that, turns out that was false, so I started obsessing over floaters I had, and was really concentrating on that and found the blue field entoptic phenomenon while I was at it, researched that, and before I had to really concentrate to see it, but I was so concerned and obsessed with it I was looking for it all of time, now its gotten worse I can see it on any backround instead of just blue, for example this screen that I'm typing on right now, and I also found other things when I was researching, visual snow, and started looking for static, again obsessing over it, and now I am seeing these symptoms, found out that afterimages are a symptom of that, and you guessed it, I started looking for those too, and what do you know, I started seeing those too, and anxiety and stress got really bad, I have since calmed down, but I still see these symptoms. I've been to two doctors since, they have found nothing wrong, So researching so much can really be bad as most of you already know, and I look back and truly believe that obsessing over my vision is what caused me to see these things, your eyes are capable of many things, and you can train them, you can train them to stop seeing your nose, so I can imagine you could train them to see all of this. So yeah, I think that was it, all responses are appreciated greatly, thank you!

i think your paranoid, your eyes and brain are smart. Heres what to do: BAN YOURSELF FROM RESEARCHING. when theres symptoms you feel stressed so i suggest just having fun and forgetting about this stuff. 2. TELL YOURSELF YOUR VISION IS NORMAL AND PERFECT AND YOU CANT SEE ANYTHING BAD 3. if you see improvements, then great, you are just paranoid! if you dont see the optician or something

I believe you are right because I never saw any of this before I started worrying, I saw two optometrists and both found nothing wrong, so yes, I just need to calm myself and I believe I will become less aware, because for example entoptic phenomenon, is just hyper awareness, so by researching and discovering so many symptoms causing  me to worry more was definitely not good, and you are also right about banning myself from researching, I believe that was the source of my issues, I trained my brain to see these things. its little bit harder to forget about something off about your vision, but I will do my best. Thank you very much for your response, I really appreciate it.
