Armpit Nodes Swelling

I have reoccuring painful armpit nodes.I usually get them every week or two weeks and they gets fine withing 2 or 3 days.During this period I feel extremely tired with back pain and pain in my knees.I remain fatigued all the time though but during these times it is particularly bad.Mild fever usually accompanies this.I am not sure if these symptoms are Lymphoma as I read on the Internet.These symptoms ahave been there for 3 or more years now.I don't think it could be any sort of infection as I can't get infected so frequently.
