Automated cbc test

Dear members of this forum.
I've got a question about my automated cbc results becouse i do not understend nothing. I did this test about 1 year before and went to the doctor. She checked the resulets and told that is nothing to worried about, you are fine and you will have a normal life.
Here are the results:wbc : 10.9 H  10(3)/mm(3)
                              rbc  : 5.42     10(6)/mm(3)
                              hgb : 15.7      g/dl            
                              hct  : 45.2%                      
                              plt   : 224  10(3)/mm(3)      

DIFF : % LYM 13.4 L %               #LYM   1.4     10(3)/mm(3)  
          % MON 3.4  L %                 #MON   0.6 L  10(3)/mm(3)  
          % GRA  83.2 H %              #GRA   9.2 H  10(3)/mm(3)  


about 1 month latter i did again the test but this time a manual count and I took this results
wbc 7500                       DIFF:    Neutrophils       49%
rbc 4.710.000                             Eosinophils       5%
HB  89%                                    Basophils         1%
plt  188.400                                Lymphocytes    34%
                                                 Monocytes       10%


can please somebody explain the results of automated count and why did i take this result a month latter from manual count, is there a big difference in results of both tests
