Bad Headaches

To whom this concerns,
I have been having very bad headaches for the last 6 months now. I went to the doctors where I live and they gave me meds to make them go away, only they always came back. I am wondering what they could be about or from even. I dont know but anything to make them go away would be wonderful. I appreciate all the help I can get.
Thanks,

Can you please tell me whether your headache is sever.? what exactly do you feel during your headaches.??
If you could tell me the symptoms, i will try my best to help you.
One reason for bad headaches could be migraine and low blood pressure.

Headaches can be caused by a variety of physical and environmental factors including diet, stress, allergens, menstruation, and changes in the weather. They can last from a few minutes to several days, which in some cases may completely incapacitate the person suffering an attack.
Chinese herbal medicine is another valid modality for treating and averting headaches.
The goal of both conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the case of headaches is to relieve pain and enable people to function well in their lives. But while the ultimate goal is the same, the diagnostic paradigm and treatment modalities of these two types of medicine are fundamentally different.

Acupuncture has been cited by the World Health Organization to treat over 43 conditions, including headaches and migraines, without the side effects typically associated with Western drugs

When a headache sufferer considers the treatment options available, he or she should remember that acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine provide a safe, drug-free treatment that is stable over time and has no adverse side effects.

1. Next time you have a headache write down

1. WHERE ON THE HEAD IT IS (EG FRONT)
2. WHETHER IT IS IN ONE PLACE ONLY OR IN SAY 2 PLACES. IT IS POSSIBLE FOR A HEADACHE TO BE FELT AT 2 PLACES ON THE FRONT
3. THE DURATION OF THE HEADACHE
4. THE SEVERITY OF THE HEADACHE. LET'S SAY ON  SCALE OF 1 TO 10 A "1" INDICATES THE WEAKEST FORM OF HEADACHE AND A "10" INDICATES THE STRONGEST YOU CAN IMAGINE
5. NOTE WHAT DRUGS, IF ANY, YOU TAKE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHE
6. NOTE IF A HEADACHE COMES WHEN YOU HAVE HAD TOO LITTLE WATER TO DRINK; TOO MUCH CAFFEINE OR MISSED MEALS.

ANY GOOD FAMILY DOCTOR WOULD WANT TO KNOW ALL OF THAT SO THAT A PROPER DIAGNOSIS CAN BE MADE
