Bleeding during intercourse with I.U.D

I have an i.u.d for almost 2 years now and bleding during intercourse never encounter ever since i got i.u.d but then this one night that me and my husband was doing it i was on top of him and i feel like his penis was not in the right position so i got off and was going to fix it but then i notice that i was bleeding i checked if its my period but it wasnt so we stop and then we did again i didnt bleed, But then a couple days ago we were having intercourse and same position i kinda feel that something's gonna happen cuz i feel like his penis was not in the right position and saw that i was bleeding again. Now, my question is what could be? and why? I am kinda frightened and scared cuz this is not usual to me so can you please answer my question. Thanks
