Bone and Joint pain in 21 year old

I'm 21 years old and I've been having a lot of pain in my bones in joints. It first started a month or so ago in my knee and elbow. I thought I fell or something and didn't remember. That went away a few days later and then I had pain in my hand and throughout the day I began to feel pain in my other hand then wrist. After a couple days it will go away and pop up somewhere else. I've also had pain in my feet and ankles as well. Any ideas?

yes, speak with your doc for more info. might need more calcium for bone health. glucosamine for joints.  (general stuff).
but all in all, you are 21 years old - you are a bit too young for arthritis and bone issues, though.  you should run more tests and be vigilante of any future pains in other areas, so that the medical staff can easily narrow down the causes.

There could be so many reasons why they hurt.  Mine is because I have Fibromyalgia, and Osteoarthritis.

I would talk to your doctor about it

You shold go to your doctor and get some blood work done. Have them check your Vitamine D levels. When your levels are real low it can cause joint pain. So I would go get that checked.

It could be arthritis. The best thing to do is see your Dr for tests. I know your so young to even think about arthritis but it can happen. Especially Rheumatoid arthritis. Make an appointment to find out what's going on.      Remar
