Both lower sides are KILLING me help please

I woke up this morning with pain what feels to be in my kidney's as it wraps around my body and feels really deep. I felt the area on both sides and found large golf ball sized lumps on both sides and nearly passed out it hurt so bad. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, so pain isn't anything new to me but I am getting shooting pains so that are so crippling that they are making me vomit. I am also having heavy breathing and frequent urination. The pain has progressed tremendously throughout the day. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

Hello, this appears to me like it could be a kidney infection. I would call you doctor first thing tomorrow, of if it gets worse, go the ER today and find out what it is. If it is a kidney infection, you certainly do not want it to get ahead of you, they can cause all kinds of problems. Do you have a fever? If so, then this is another sign it is an infection. Please get this taken care of as soon as possible.
