Bowel Problems

Lately I have been having problems with my bowels. It started one day when I had four bowel movements in one day. This is quite irregular for me because I typically only go a few times a week normally. The main problem has been that I need to go to the bathroom almost immediately after eating. I have tried to find a pattern as what foods could be making me sick, but sometimes one thing will make me sick one day and a few days later I can eat the same thing and not get sick. Sometimes after I have a bowel movement I will feel nauseous for the rest of the night. The only pattern that I have found is that it is often after eating something like pasta or pizza. I get quite confused because my symptoms will go away for a few days and come back. The last symptom that I just noticed today was that there are white chunks in my stool. I am 20 year old female with no prior health problems. Please give me any advice that you can. This has been going on for a little more than 2 weeks now. The only medication I am on is birth control and I have been on that for more than 6 months and had no problems with it. Thanks for the help

Sounds like possible irritable bowel syndrome I would suggest seeing a gastroenterologist will probably require getting a colonoscopy but might give you some answers
