Breathed in/exposed to chemical exhaust - sick

Stupid I am. I am a mechanic and a few days ago I had about 20 rusted bolts/nuts that wouldn't come apart so I sprayed them with lubricant rust spray to loosen them up... Well they still wouldn't come loose so I was forced to use a propane torch to heat them up to loosen them. While I was doing this I noticed the rust spray lubricant was boiling off and smoking. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time because I wasn't right in the smoke and could see the stream of smoke going over my head as I heated the metal. Well after I was done and a few hours later I started to get sick. The next morning when I woke up my whole body was really sore muscles and joints hurt and had a mild sore throat, nose and ears also aching. So I guess I did breath in some of it? Its been 3 days since this happened and im starting to feel better but I still feel exhausted.

I guess I am wondering what damage I have done to myself. Cancer? I kind of feel like I caught insta cancer after this stupid episode Here is the safety data sheet  https://3eonline.com/ImageServer/NewPdf/1a2bac92fd0b40899fcee52ba416ec54.pdf
