Brief singing causes swollen neck lymph nodes?

Six weeks ago, began noticing many swollen lymph nodes in neck--but only after a brief amount of singing (not vigorous.).

Swelling goes down after 3-4 days, but comes right back after brief singing.   Accompanied by fatigue and feeling of stomachache.

10 days of antibiotics no effect.  Blood tests shows slightly high lymphocyte (42).

My voice changes after just a couple of songs. No power, and can not reach relatively easy notes. I have swollen lymph nodes at the end of my jaw below my ears. Both sides. My whole neck felt like it was swollen. Could this be a result of my medication for acid reflux? (Rabeprazole ) Does acid reflux cause swollen lymph nodes in neck area?
