Burning inside feeling and dizzy?

My brother in law refuses to go to the doctor and I am worried about him. He was just sitting on the couch and jumped up saying he felt like he was burning inside and felt very dizzy, all while sitting. The burning has not gone away in an hour and he is still dizzy if he moves. He is trying to write it off as the oncoming of the flu, but it just isn't right. Any suggestions that maybe I can take to him to persue him to get to a doctor?

I wish I knew!  My father, my husband, my brother and pretty much every man I know never wants to go to a doctor.  I have no idea what could be causing your BIL's symptoms, but they do need to be evaluated by a doctor.  The time stamp here shows you posted 4 hours ago.  If he's still feeling the same or worse, he needs to go to the ER.
