Burning sensation and cold fingers of left hand

Why does my daughter get a twitching and burning sensation of the left hand. As well as the index and middle finger can be ice cold but the rest of the hand is warm to the touch

Sounds like pinched nerves. I suggest taking her to her daughter and getting tested to rule out any serious issues, if all comes back well, then see a chiropractor, pinched nerves in the neck and upper back and certainly cause these symptoms as well.

Your daughter may have Reynaud's Syndrome, where not enough blood is going into those parts.

Make an appointment for her to see the doctor so that he can give examine your daughter's hand properly and you the correct diagnosis and advice.
