CBC Results...please help!!

I recently had some blood work done.  My CBC came back with several abnormalities.  My RBC's were high at 5.6.  My MCH was low at 26.7 and my MCHC was low at 32.5.  My RDW was high at 15.  My IPF was low at 0.0.  #Neut was high at 5.4.  On my comprehensive metobolic panel my alkaline phosphatase was high at 19.  And finally my Vitamin D level was 12.  Can anyone give me valid information on what all this could possibly mean???  My doctor went on vacation!

Vitamin D serum indicates vitamin D deiciency. Optimal vitamin D range is 40 - 60 ng/L (100 - 150 nmol/L). Alkaline phosphatase will rise due to vitamin D deficiency.

Low MCH is hypochromic anaemia which is most commonly due to iron deficiency. High RDW is also seen with iron deficiency anaemia.

Neutrophils and RBC may be high due to vomiting.

Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency includes bone pain, joint pain and night sweating, fatigue.  Iron deficiency anaemia symptoms include fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, migraines, weight loss (although vomiting is another cause of weight loss).

I'd also like to say I'm exhausted ALL the time.  I have swollen glands but no pain in them.  My joints constantly ache and my bones hurt.  I have horrible night sweats and migraines so bad I vomit and they last for weeks.  I've also lost 15lbs in a month without trying.  Somebody help...I'm worried!!!
