CBC test help

Hello,
I was hoping I could get some help with interperting these results.  Most came back in range, but the monocytes are LOW and the Eosinophils are HIGH.  This confuses me and my endocrinologist was a bit confused as well...

CBC
White Blood Count 10.5  (range 3.8-10.8 Thousand/uL)
Red Blood Count 4.91 (range 3.8-5.10 million/uL)
Hemoglobin 14.3 (range 11.7-15.5 g/dl)
Hematocrit 42.4 (range 35-45%)
MCV 86.5 (range 80-100%)
MCH 29.2 (range 27-33 pg)
MCHC 33.8 (range 32.36 g/dL)
RDW 13.2 (range 11.15%)
Platelet Count 305 (range 140-400 Thousand/uL)
Absolute Neutrophils 7277 (range 1500-7800 cells/uL)
Absolute Lymphocytes 2594 (range 805-3900 cells/uL)
Absolute Basophils 0 (range 0-200 cells/uL)

Absolute Monocytes 116 L (range 200-950 cells/uL)
Absolute Eosinophils 515 H (range 15-500 cells/uL)

Medications and Dx:  
Lexapro 10 mg daily (depression)
Levothyroxine 50 mcg daily, but upgraded to 75 mcg today (Hashimotos)
Dostinex (Cabogoline) .50 mg once weekly. (Pituitary tumor, high prolactin)

Please help explain these results!  If you need, I'd be happy to answer other questions or provide more lab work.
