CBC w/ differential and Blood Test for Metabolism

I had these labs done in the ER. They both say normal. Does this mean my B12 level is normal? Just trying to rule some things out in regard to the headaches and dizziness I've been having the past few months.

If the draw was for B-12 levels, then I would say "yes", they are normal. However, if that was not one of the tests ordered, and you are concerned, I would certainly ask for one.

I see a chiropractor for my headaches and dizziness, usually helps immediately, but, if you are having other issues, then by all means, pursue with your doctor.

Just because you had blood tests, it doesn't mean specific tests such as B12 or other tests were ordered.  See your doctor and request more testing.
