Can PMS symptoms continue while on your period?
Just wondering because it's called "PRE-menstrual syndrome". Every other month I have cramps before my period, and they continue into the first day but stop after that. Same with sore breasts. But this month is different, I have had a VERY light (only bleed brown and a little red when I pee) period for 7 days (usually it only lasts 4 days) and I have been nauseas for 5 days before i started , and had sore boobs since before then, i have dizziness, and  fatigue still too. The symptoms are really bad too, I had to call out from work I feel so horrible. So,  is it typical to have all of these symptoms throughout your period?

If you aren't pregnant, see a doctor.  These symptoms could be from a cyst on an ovary or a problem with your uterus.  At any rate, your hormones are not right and you should consult a doctor or nurse.

Not sure if I'm pregnant yet...Still trying to figure that out... But was that answer a 'no, it's not typical to have those symptoms through a period'??
