Can you get sick from a sock in your mouth?

Hello,
I don't know if my question is appropriate for this community but I could not find a better match..

Last week I was fooling around with my new girlfriend.
Now: my question is not about std or hiv, I know enough about it to avoid risks.

But... she stuffed her sock in my mouth as a gag (I will spare you the details but we both like some kinky stuff).
Didn't bother me then, but back home I started to overthink it and then I really freaked out. She walked on her socks on the floor and possibly picked up some dirt on the floor. Altough her house looks clean she has a rabbit who runs through her house. I am really scared that I could get sick. The sock was not wet or did not look dirty, but still...

The day after my troat felt sore and I am coughing for some days now. Googled some stuff and that freaked me more. Read some stuff about bacteria, germs and parasites. Now I feel terrible. Haven't spoken to my girlfriend for a few days.

Is there a risk and what should I do? See the doctor, get bloodwork done, take medications?
Or am I just  overreacting?

Thanx in advance...
