Hi All,

I've been having a problem for quite a while now.
i do get alot of chest discomfort and tightness but when i go to the doctor / hospital my bloods come back fine along with my blood pressure (130/80) and the ecg shows normal.
I have come to the conclusion that i must have some sort of digestive issue that could be causing this?
I am a 30 year old male, approx 392lbs and 6ft 2in tall
My symptoms vary from time to time but the most commom are:
Tight chest , sharpish pain when i inhale/exhale (this goes after a while), sharpish pain under the left peck and sometimes in the centre of the chest
left arm numbness (doctor thinks i might have trapped nerve/vain)
lightheadedness and some dizzy spells. I had my eyes checked and i have 20/20 vision.
The symptoms vary all the time so am not sure what is causing this altough it is worrying me.
I have suffered fro depression/social phobia in the past so i wonder if it could be anxiety causing this?

Thanks

Sounds like a panic attack. try to think when the symtoms occur. I have been having similar attacks when I get stressed out or over worried. you need to look into relaxation techniques.
