Confused and Unsure of what to do next.

Making a long story short. I have been on the path of trying to find out if and what autoimmune disorder I have since about 12 yrs ago. This all started with three different blood test that had a positive ANA and some sxs that I had at the time. Well, this year I was fed up with my neurologist  not proving me with any new clues on why I have the sxs I do off and on all year round. I went to a new doctor looking for a second opinion. She thought the best thing to do was to start with some blood work and lots of it. My blood work showed nothing significant and my ana came out fine. This has me discouraged because i have some health issues I would like explained. I would like to know what others think could be wrong or what I should do next.

My sxs are as follows.
1.Tingling and numbness in legs
2. Dizziness
3. extreme Fatigue
4. Headaches and sometimes feels like there is alot of pressure on my head.
5. Stomache swells, trouble going number 2

That is all I can think of right now. I know that when I first started out they found a spot on the right side of my brain that maybe what is affecting my left leg.

My mom says that I always have had weird issues though.

I never have fever and I mean no matter how sick I get I never get a temperature.
I can tell when it is going to rain because I get a headache and may become nausea
I had blood in my urine when I was really young but they never figured out why and that just disappeared.

All advice and opinions are helpful please anything I just want to get some answers

When I first posted I forgot to mention a few other aca.

Short term memory issues
Concentration issues

The thing that concerns me is I have been going through this for 12yrs. Every time they do blood work something new pops up but the old stuff disappears. If I don't get any answers then when these sxs are at there worse there is no help.

Doctors offer meds for sxs but how I see it if those cause side effects then they won't be able to determine what are due to what I am.goimg through and what are side effects.

I just want answers...

I'm no doctor but I was recently diagnosed with May-Thurner Syndrome (Left Iliac Vein Compression) and it can cause every problem that you have. It was causing me Extreme Fatigue, Dizziness, Headaches, Back and Leg Pain, usually Left Leg and many other problems. This condition is usually only diagnosed if you have  blood clots and swollen legs. But if you don't have blood clots and still have severe compression of the Left Iliac Vein it causes the same problems. There's also another similar condition called Nutcracker Syndrome (Left Renal Vein Compression). It causes many of the same problems. It's a known cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Blood in Urine, Painful Menstrual Cycles, Nausea and Headaches. I have a friend that has May-Thurner Syndrome and Nutcracker Syndrome. Either or both of these conditions will cause every problem that you have. The problem is most doctors are unfamiliar with them so they often go undiagnosed. A good doctor to go see might be a Vascular Surgeon or Interventional Radiologist that is very familiar with these conditions. Hope this might help!  Feel free to ask any questions or private message me if you would like more info about these 2 Vascular Vein Compression Syndromes.
