Constant Nausea, lower abdominal pain, and constant burping. What is wrong!?

I have constant nausea, lower abdominal pain, and also burp about 25 times a day, maybe more.
This has been going on for about 8 months but its been getting worse and worse!
What's wrong with me?

I chew my food very slowly. Everyone I know says I'm a super slow eater. I chew my food like 25 times. hhaha
And I have tried antiacids, and they don't help.
I saw the doctor today...she said it could be IBS or Gastritis, and today I had a test to see if I had bacteria in my intestines. I got a prescription for my nausea and abdominal pain as well.
And I eat a lot of veggies and yogaurt and healthy food, and i still have bowel movement problems.
Its getting annoying. My doctor said I might need to have an endoscopy if she doesn't see anything when she takes an ultra sound.
And no, I am not pregnant. haha
I also was on the gluten free diet cuz my friends and family thought I had a gluten intolerance. Turns out I am sick when I do or don't eat gluten...so its not that.
Thanks for your input! :)

It sounds like your stomach flora maybe off, have you tried drinking more water and cutting back on sugary/carborated drinks/fatty foods?  Do you chew you food completely or gulp it down?  The more air you ingest the more you burp.  Does your food sit heavy in your stomach like a rock?  If is does, made try a Pepcid before you eat to aid in digestion.  Are constipated?  If so, eat 1 or 3 prunes a day until something moves, they work more naturally and don't give you horrid stomach cramps or the runs most OTC meds do.  Also, not sure if you are male or female..you could be prego and thats just part of the deal lol.

But in all seriousness, if its been going on for 8 months, you really should go see a doctor to make sure your ok, constant nausea and lower abdominal pain is not normal and should be checked out.
