Cough, itchy throat, Raw tongue and blocked throat

For about a week now I've had these strange symptoms. About 1.5 weeks ago I woke up with this strange feeling my throat like I had mucus or something, I coughed and coughed and finally blood came up. I kept coughing and the blood went away. It wasn't much and i think it was just there from the night. I was in the hotel over the course of the day the blood went away and it only came back in one or two coughs over the next few days in a very small amount. My throat has been itching making me want to cough, they have been dry coughs for the most part. I have this feel of something being stuck in my throat, I don't know which "tube" it is. I also have this feeling of wanting to burp and when I try it is very hard to. I also have had one and off this rawness and rednees in the middle of my tongue. I don't know what any of these could be.

About a month ago I had the same sort of trouble but this time it was when I swallowed it was very hard to swallow. The coughing was there and so was the feeling of having something in my throat. It went away and only came back the week before last. It is starting ot get better again and I think in a few days I won't feel anything anymore.

I tend to breathe my mouth as I have trouble breathing from my nose. I spend 3 nights out of the week in hotels. I don't know if it comes from hotels or not.
