Cramping

I have had pretty bad cramping in center of my right foot now for about 4 days. Im not sure why its cramping because I havent done anything to make it cramp that I know of. The pain will dim sometimes during the day but will always come backand the pain seems to get the worst by the end of the day. I was thinking it was going to go away in a day or so but it hasnt, and I fiigured if I was overworking my feet both would cramp, but its just the right one. Do you know what could be the problem?

It could be gout, have you had an Uric Acid blood level check? It could also be a an unseen bruise, did you walk barefoot and step on something that hurt? It could also be a magnesium problem. Try soaking the foot in some epsom salts for about 30 minutes. it nonoe of this helps, I would see a podiatrist.
