Daughters Sudden weight gain

My daughter Just turned Seven today. Last year in September my Daughter jumped three clothes sizes very suddenly with no change in her diet. We had her checked for thyroid and diabetes but the blood tests can back negative. Now she is hungry all the time and her hair is very dry no matter how much I condition it, I have recently noticed that she shakes in the morning when she wakes up and gets better after she eats. Please let me know what this could mean.

thanks for your time ,
Maria

Have her checked for hypoglycemia?? similar to diabetic, but with drop in blood sugar. definately watch the sugar intake if it is the case, and make sure she eats small meals often. does she get dizzy, light headed or break into sweats all of a sudden?? could be symptoms...thats how i was when i was her age.
