Dear Doctor

I had an accident with my horse and fell on my head.  I had a rumbling noise in my head 4 days after the accident and it is day 7 today - I woke up with this rumbling noise again.  Please tell me more...

i don't have a medical aid, but by keeping myself very still helps at the moment, the rumbling noise went away after 3 days and 2 gen-paine capsules every 6 hours.  Hopefully it won't return again.

I went to MediClinic trauma unit, there I got stitches and pain meds, but the rumbling noice only started 3 days after the fall and stopped after a day and then started again at day 7, i don't have a medical aid and just keep myself still.  Thank you for your concern Clarka

Did you go to the doctor? I had a severe riding accident years ago where I landed on my head. I had a concussion, pinched nerve in my neck, dislocated shoulder and, a broken arm. I'd get checked out if you haven't already. :)
