Make an appointment to see your doctor urgently.
Take a morning mid stream urine specimen, or be prepared to give a urine sample when you are at the surgery.

The symptoms that you present are those of Cystitis, but you may have an infection anywhere along the urinary tract.

Make sure that you keep drinking plenty of water.  2 litres per day is usually recommended, no more unless advised by your doctor as too much can be just as harmful as not enough.

It is very important to keep drinking to help flush out the bacterial.

The discomfort in the lower belly is likely to be the acidic urine aggravating your bladder.  You can drink a glassful of water with a teaspoonful of Bicarbonate of Soda.  You can do this 1 every hour for 3 hours - no more.  What this does is it neutralises the acidity in the bladder.  If you do suffer from high blood pressure just stick to the one glassful.  Drinking freshly squeezed lemon juice with water will also help to neutralise the urine in the bladder.  The juice of lemons is acidic, but apparently, it changes composition when it reaches our stomachs.
