Did alcohol and drugs damage my nervous system/heart/brain?

Hello, first of all sorry for my english because it is not my first language. Please keep negative opinions. The story I want to share with you is about my 3 weeks holidays in ibiza. So me and my friend went to ibiza for 3 weeks, we were drinking lots of alcohol (usually jäger bombs with big amounts of energy drink). One night we met a guy who was selling mdma and we decided to try it, after trying it I felt like in euphoria. But that night I woke up all in sweat and my heart was beating really fast. My muscle were tingling I couldnt move my hands, I was hearing some kind of voices which really scared me. I found out that I had a panic attack for the first time. The day after I felt fine again so we just dismissed it and continued drinking alcohol and partying. But the day I had a flight I was feeling anxious again. And during the flight I was heavy breathing and my heart was pounding. Next day I went to see the doctor, he said it is because of dehydration and energy drinks, he prescribed me propranolol which didnt help me. i went to see cardiologist, she said that everything is fine with my heart and it might be just the deficit of magnesium and potassium. But 1 month after that I am still feeling that my nerves are always tense, I feel tightness in my jaw, I cant sleep,I feel tingling in my right foot, I have to take xanax before the bed to fall asleep. Sometimes I feel chest pain. Thank you for your answer and help.

Hello~I am so sorry you are experiencing these issues. They all do sound anxiety related to me, stress and anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms and the more we worry, the worse they can become. Since your doctor has ruled out any things serious, I would try not to worry. The tingling sensations could be due to hyperventilating, if we breath too much or too fast, that is a common symptom. I would increase your water intake as dehydration can cause the heart issues. Also, watch your alcohol intake, over drinking can definitely cause anxiety symptoms. I how you feel better soon.
