Dizziness, Lightheaded 4 days after drinking

Hi there,
I am 17 years old. I do not party very often but on Friday night just gone, I went to a freinds 18th. I got pretty drunk and then the next morning still felt drunk. It is now Tuesday morning and ever since Friday I have felt, dizzy, light headed, slightly forgetful and find it sometimes difficult to concentrate, but everything else is fine.  No sickness or anything, and the feeling has slightly decreased since Saturday and Sunday. I have drank plenty of water, but I was just wondering, if anyone knew what this was or why it happening and what can be done to stop it, because it is slightly scary.
Many Thanks

Have you also been eating on top or drinking water? Sometimes it takes me a while to get rid of that horrible lightheaded/dizzy feelings. I would suggest some  crackers and ginger ale.

I am 18 in a few months time and in the UK that makes me legal. I have read on the internet about other people in their twenties ect that have experienced similar problems. So i don't think it is entirely down to my age.
